Cashew Kernels

We provide turnkey and rapid deployment solution, the heart of cashew processing is a simple 8 - step Process.

1. Raw nuts graded as per size

2. Graded Nuts are Steamed at High Pressure

3. Steamed Nuts are dried to make shells brittle

4. Nuts are shelled and Kernels are scooped

5. Kernels are Dried to ease peeling

6. Red Skin is separated from white kernel

7. Kernel are shorted as per color, weight and wholeness

8. Kernel are packed in Inert CO2 and or N2 environment
